◆Payment is by bank transfer (advance payment).
◆For orders using credit card or PayPal, please use our online shop. In that case, you will need to enter all delivery address information yourself. If the online shop is out of stock, please contact us with your desired quantity and delivery date.
◆Please place your order at least 10 business days before your desired delivery date. If you need it sooner, please consult with us.
◆Depending on stock availability, we may not be able to provide the product or it may take longer to prepare.
◆Cancellations after order confirmation (after invoice issuance) cannot be accepted.

  • Q . What payment methods do you accept

    For your initial order, we only accept bank transfers (prepayment via invoice).

  • Q. Can I pay by monthly invoice?

    Monthly billing (post-payment) may be discussed from the second transaction onwards. Please note that it is not always possible.

  • Q. Can I get a quote?

    It can be issued. We will send the PDF data via email.

  • Q. How many days in advance should I place my order?

    Please place your order at least 10 business days before your desired delivery date. If you need it sooner, please contact us.

  • Q. How late can I cancel?

    We cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed (or an invoice issued). Please contact us to discuss changes to quantities or delivery addresses.

  • Q. Can you deliver to multiple locations?

    If you provide a list in Excel data, we will enter the information on the shipping labels. You can specify product contents and delivery dates for each recipient.
