This is a family-owned farm located in the Zeceraz region of Huila, Colombia, inherited by brothers Jonathan and Joan Gasca. They cultivate many rare and high-quality varieties, including Geisha, Pacamara, Pink Bourbon, and several other rare varieties. In addition to traditional washed processing methods, they also incorporate advanced techniques such as thermal shock and anaerobic processing.
